Coming together to better exercise, together, our rights and in particular that of participating in the governance of our company... this is the reason for existence of the AASR.

The employees themselves: the best guarantors of shareholding

Involved in their work, holding “internal” knowledge of their company, its skills and its challenges, employee shareholders can, through their association, demonstrate their confidence and express their views, with a voice that carries more meaning because that it is collective.

An association serving employees

The association of employee shareholders provides information to its members: financial information, information on the strategy and general policy of the company as well as their role and their rights as shareholders. It can also provide certain additional information on investments and employee savings vehicles specific to the company (without, however, being able to provide financial advice, a role exclusively exercised by regulated professionals).

A privileged communication relay

It plays an essential role as a relay of communication and exchange respectful of the diversity of opinions, within the framework of the company's own policy and culture. It connects, in a transversal manner, all employee shareholders, whatever their professions, their hierarchical positions and, in a company with an international dimension, whatever their country. By the simplicity of its operation, the association makes it all the easier to react, to propose, to challenge…

The association of employee shareholders offers its supporters and members a friendly and effective community of interest, which promotes dialogue and exchanges, strengthens mutual trust between employees, makes their interventions as shareholders more effective and allows them to fully experience the multi-culturality of the company. Most companies where these associations exist consider them to be an integral part of their “CSR” (Corporate Social Responsibility) policy.

The AASR, member of the FAS

The AASR is affiliated with the French Federation of Associations of Employee Shareholders and Former Employees (FAS - Fédération Française des Associations d'Actionnaires Salariés et d'Anciens Salariés).
